Refund Policy

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Please register your return in advance by contacting us at linnest.store@gmail.com, including your name and order number.

Return Conditions:

Items must be complete and, as far as reasonably possible, unworn and unused, with original tags and packaging intact. You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store. If the item is used beyond what is necessary to evaluate it, we reserve the right to charge for any reduction in value.

Return Costs:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can provide and pay for an appropriate solution.

Exceptions:

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrectly delivered. Gift cards are non-refundable. Sale/discounted items are fully covered under your statutory right of withdrawal.

EU Right of Withdrawal:

For orders within the European Union, a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies upon receipt. After notifying us of your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the package back.

Refund Process:

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return notification using the original payment method. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or proof of return shipment. If you return your entire order, we will also refund the standard delivery costs of the original shipment.
