01 What is the estimated delivery time?
Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days and delivered within an estimated 5–9 business days. We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.
02 Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation by email within a few minutes of placing your order, including your order number.
03 Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Tracked UK shipping is free on orders of £75 and above. Orders under £75 are charged £5.95.
04 Can I return my order if it does not fit?
Yes. You can return items within 14 days of receipt. Register your return first by emailing linnest.store@gmail.com with your name and order number. Items must be unworn, with tags and original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
05 How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
